The overall winner of the Monthly Photo Contest may be either a professional or amateur with the best image, as determined by the judges. The winner will earn The National Photographer of the Month Award honor and earn a $500.00 (US Funds) cash award.
MONTHLY PHOTO CONTEST PRIZE AWARDS
The overall winner each month will receive a copy of the iCorrect Portrait plug-in from Pictocolor.
The winner will also receive a $30.00 gift certificate from Red River Papers.
The yearend overall winner of the twelve monthly winners, will receive a $150.00 gift certificate for Red River Papers and from Pictocolor Corporation a bundle of consisting of iCorrect Portrait Plug-in and iCorrect EditLab Pro Photoshop Plug-in, a $200.00 value.

1. Impact 2. Creativity 3. Style 4. Composition 5. Print Presentation 6. Color Harmony 7. Center of Interest 8. Lighting 9. Subject Matter 10. Technical Excellence/Print Quality 11.Technique and 12. Story Telling Ability.
All decisions of the the National Photo Awards are final.
The cash prize may be subject to change at the start of a new contest, if a change is made, this will be posted before entries are accepted.
